Assassin Guide

Power is everything, of course there tactics too however power is always everything by far; they don’t need tactics like other class. Otherwise our AOE is mostly wanted.

Strengths --- Fast Swift Crit Sin own in PvP / Scenario boss
--- Easy to Lvl up Without Quest, Mainly 30s

--- AOE skills outclass all

--- AOE are #1 needed in Enegry Gathering or Rep Quest

--- Less Stamina Used then Monk

--- Element Array Increase All element Resist (no need for Necklace prots)

--- Run From Gang or Surprise PK

Weaknesses --- Dodge Doesn’t Work (otherwise make a monk)

--- You'll Miss Attacks on mobs that are 3 lvl more then your current alot

--- Party Will be hard to get into if not chain

--- You'll be the FIRST to die in Party since Mob Aim at the strongest ATKer (Daggers)

--- Item Are Costy

--- There Are NO BLUE weapon for Chain 50+

Every DEX = .02 Damage bonus
VIT = 5 HP
C.Strike = 2.45 %
Dodge = .95 %

Skills and Quests

Dagger

A lot Stronger then Chain by 5% only within Lv 1-50, There no AOE skills on it, Good for Demi Human and Boss, Owns in PVP (Monks), combo Point improve Skill Dmg every 3rd 6th and 9th skill hit (poison bash)... there is no useful stun on dagger so u'll need to use dragon roc....
All Rep Quest Lvl needed for blue weapon will be 4

All dagger build should be a pure DEX build with Crit - why? cause your aim is swift crit in a 1-3hit combo and move on to the next without getting touch!

Chain
Not as strong as dagger neither is it effective for Scenario boss for that matter... However if you gain a +7 Blue Chain it out rank a +7 Dagger, if you ever find a blue chain Lv50... if your a pro at a Sin, you'll be able to keep any1 stun though out the whole battle using chain, (Scenario boss are immune to stun)
All Rep Quest Lvl needed for blue weapon will be 3 (there is no lv50 blue weapon)

All Chain build should be a pure VIT build with Dodge - why? cause your aim is always AOE, therefore to lure and aoe = HP

Q&A

Q1 - Should I pick Dagger or Simitar Chain?
A1 - Depend on you really, you can either lvl up fast with AOE skills (VIT built) and try buying a dagger in the Lv50s (450g+)... or go slow.

Q2 - When can i Solo HH?
Q2 - When your Lv50s using daggers (note i haven’t seen any chain sin solo HH beside daggers, i be wrong)

Q3 - What the Best Pet for Sin and skills...?
A3 - Any Hp Restore Pet, autopick, upper hp and last energy

Q4 - How do i get Blue Item for Sin?
Q4 - If your on Chain, lucky you, your chance are higher, Dagger Sins... well you know the drill... Events grind RC, HH, FT

Q5 - This Guide sux and doesn’t help me
A5 - Guide aren’t suppose to help... it suppose to give you an idea of what they ARE

Q6 - Why Do i see High Lv player always do LC/TL?
A6 - It for energy gathering, u gain about 8k enegry per run

A11 - Sin draws high chance rate of crit (1000+ after lv40) and we slash about 2x faster then a monk b4 they can break.

Fairy Guide

I - Introduction
II - Assistant Talismans
III - Skills
IV - Inherence Point Allocation
V - Weapon Talismans
--> Use of Wheels
VI - Conclusion

Let's get started, shall we?

I - Introduction

Fairies are known for their great abilities, of which are buffing HP and healing. They are an essential and necessary class for any party. Without fairies in your team, it is difficult to complete a scenario, or to obtain your objective.

Many people think that fairies are weak solo and only good in parties. This is not true all the time. Fairies are and can be great solo players. They get to keep their own buffs (more HP for survival), also they can self-heal as well.

Note:
I will assume that you already know the basics of the game, interface, how to do quests, etc. Because I will not be touching on those in this guide, look for Opeth's Newbie Help Guide.

II - Talismans

Treasure Leaf
This is what makes a fairy, without this, you are not able to heal yourself or your team members, nor are you able to revive the dead. You will receive this talisman when you complete "The Test of the Fairy" quest. The one you receive from the quest is bound, you will not be able to sell it.

Wonder Needle
This is your second most important talisman, it allows you to have the ability to increase the upper HP limitation of your target, or more simply put, increase their HP. A great addition to your newfound skills, you will receive this talisman through a quest from Sand Village. In order to have the quest given to you, try to complete all the quests, you will eventually reach it. Also bound.

Purple Cloud
This is the next assistant talisman you will receive at Level 20, also it can only be equipped at Level 20. You can get this one from two quests, one from the Golden Macaque in the Forest Altar, another from the Solitary Ghost in Cacodaemon Stockade. They are both bound. However, this time the talismans are not identified, if you plan on using it, be prepared to use a Green Identify Gem (not the Newbie one).

Purple Cowry
This talisman is available through a quest from Fellow Liao Yi in Mercy Temple. You need to be Level 30 to equip this. Also not identified, and is bound.

III - Skills

Treasure Leaf

Healing Spell
This spell will be one of the two spells you will get for regeneration of HP. This spell has a casting time of 1.5 seconds. You will be spamming this spell during bosses, so get used to it.

Cure Spell
This spell also heals HP, but in a different manner. The target will recover HP in small amounts every two seconds, for ten seconds. This spell is instantly cast once you press the hotkey. During bosses, keep this spell up, use it again when it goes off (remember to use healing spells in between).

Revive Spell
This spell allows you to revive someone from the dead. It costs quite a large amount of MP, but is extremely worth it for the gratitude you'll receive from the dead player. Hey, 2% might seem very little at lower levels, but it is a pain to lose it once you reach Level 30 and above (since 1 mob is <0.1%, so 2% is around 20 mobs or more).

Wonder Needle

Leeching Needle
This is a one-of-a-kind skill. You will deal damage to the enemy every 0.5 second, for 3 seconds. At the same time, you will heal a small amount of your HP and the teammates around you. But the downside to this skill is the high MP cost, but low HP regeneration.

Detoxification
Not much is know about this skill, but the main purpose is to, like what it's name says, detoxify you.

Sun Needle
This skill is also a trademark fairy skill. It increases your target's HP, depending on your skill and the target's level (even if you have a 500HP buff, on a Level 1 character, he does not gain 500HP from the buff). Extremely useful. Lasts for 20 minutes.

Purple Cloud

Cloud Balk
This skill is used against a tamer's pet. Causes a certain amount of damage to the target, slows down target by 80%, and also lasts for 10 seconds. (Skill is kinda useless, during PvP, why kill a the pet at all? The time taken up for killing the pet could prove disastrous, because by the time the pet is dead, you might be as well.)

Cloud Dimming
Stunner. That's basically what this skill is. It stuns the enemy for 3 seconds. Extremely useful for training.

Purple Cowry

Purple Smoke
This skill is an extremely expensive DoT spell. Causes a certain amount of damage in 10 seconds. Not worth using during training, very costly and time-consuming.

Purple Crystal
Many players slam this skill, saying that the 15% chance to revive is too pathetic, that the revival rate is so minute that it is near negligible. However, I have witnessed someone who died because of sudden spawning of mobs, and actually got 'saved' by the skill. So cast it every now and then (20 minutes). However this skill costs 2xx MP at Level 30 and also has a cooldown of 5 minutes.

Purple Shield
This spell allows the target to have a shield formed around him/her, protecting him/her from a certain amount of damage in 1 minute. The shield will absorb the damage, and disappear after the damage is over the maximum it can absorb. Great skill for bossing, not really worth casting during training.
IV - Inherence Points Allocation

Treasure Leaf

Choose "Improve Healing Spell" or "Improve Cure Spell" and stick with it until it is maxed. Then go on to the other one. After that go for the last one "Improve Revive Spell".

Improve Healing Spell/Improve Cure Spell
When maxed, it increases the maximum amount of HP that can be healed by 30%.

Wonder Needle

Max "Improve Sun Needle" first for sure. This skill allows you to increase the amount of HP you can buff from your Sun Needle skill.

After that, points go into Leeching Needle for a lower MP cost, a reduction of 25% MP cost.
V - Weapon Talismans

Using the Wheel: PvP

Most players think fairies are easily squashed in PvP. However, you can take this chance to prove them wrong.

The skills to use in sequence are somewhat similar to Syldra's Using the Wheel: Soloing.

1. Because this is PvP, you will be unlikely to get the maximum range from the opponent. Thus, when duel starts, cast Thunder Faint IMMEDIATELY.
2. Cast a Cure Spell on yourself, and then after, cast Sheen Slice.
3. The opponent would have recovered from faint status, this time, use Cloud Dimming.
4. Cast a Cure again if it has worn off, if not, use Sheen Slice again.
5. At this stage, use Sheen Slice again, then cast Thunder Faint again as the cooldown wears off.
6. Use Sheen Slice one more time, and repeat with Step 3 if the opponent isn't dead yet.

If you wanna be on the safe side, cast Purple Shield on yourself before the start of the duel as well. Remember, Thunder Faint is your friend. Abuse it to the fullest.

However, just because you have two stun skills at hand doesn't mean that you will win every single duel. They just help you in achieving that.

I am unable to do a section on Use of Pearls, due to the lack of information I have.

VI - Conclusion

Thanks to all who have helped in making this guide, especially Syldra on her input of wheels and stuff. I hope you have actually learnt something useful that will help you in your future endeavors as a Fairy in Talisman.

I. What is a MONK?

A monk is the barbarian class of Talisman Online, they carry either a shovel which looks like an oversized spear and a staff, which looks like a polearm.

A. Why should you choose a MONK as a class?

It’s simple, you want to be the captain of dungeon raids, and a monk almost always leads the way in most dungeons. If you like the role of tanker and a stunner then a MONK is a class for you.

B. Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths --- The monk is the best stunner in the game, overall he has around 3 major stun skills up your arsenal. The stun time range from 1 to 5 seconds, that time could mean the difference of life and death. Aside from being the best stunner, the monk is also the best tanker in the game, his primary attribute is his Vitality followed by his Strength. He also has high defense, and a Monk’s equipment will always have more physical defense in them, more than any other classes. The monk ranks 1st in tanking, stunning and surviving.

Weaknesses --- The monk deals low damage than any other class on monsters especially in dungeon raids, because of this, monsters tend to go for the healer or the one dealing most of the damage which is likely the wizard (however one skill of a monk draws the attention of all nearby enemies, more on that later). The monk has low magic defense (that’s why upgrading armors is a good thing). Some stunning skills also take a while to cooldown. The monk is basically melee, meaning he makes most of his attacks on close range. The monk also relies on fairies on boss fights (like any other class).

C. Monk vs. Other Classes

With high HP monks, a monk is virtually unstoppable most of the time. Given the right skills to use and perfect time could result of your opponent not being able to move at all on duels. Monk has a great advantage over assassins because Monks are melee and so as an assassin. He would have trouble dealing with the other 3 classes because they are all long range but given the right skills to cast, he can get close to them.

II. Builds, Skills and Talismans

A. Tanker Build

This is the most common build of a Monk, the higher the defense and HP, the better. Tankers may lack damage but it is compensated by good stunning skills and the ability to better tank than others avoiding a team catastrophe.

>>>weapon of choice<<<

For tankers, there’s no better weapon than a shovel. Simply because it can stun. When you stun an opponent for seconds, your giving yourself more time to tank, because you are not receiving any damage at all. The best assistant talismans for the job are the Buddha bone which is the talisman you’ll get at level 10. Then diamond sutra which is the first assistant talisman you’ll get (from a quest). Buddha bone has the important tanking skills, Mercy and Sacrifice. Mercy makes your enemies hate you more with every attack you deal and sacrifice grabs all enemies around you and will forcibly attack you instead of your party members for a limited time. Do upgrade these skills of the Buddha bone, and especially sacrifice.

>>>assistant talisman<<<

The diamond sutra is the best talisman a monk could have. The stun from Buddha Quake will stun enemies around you for 5 seconds (Pwnage!). And the Buddha shield skill will make a certain number of damage of every attack of an enemy be absorbed for a limited time (the damage absorbed depends on level and if all damage is absorbed, the damage it deals to you will be 1). On pressure situations, the Buddha shield can help you survive or buy a little time to get healed by your fairy teammates.

Oh by the way, the tanker build also needs a third talisman which you can get at level 20, the Treasure Loop. The treasure loop has one very useful skill “Robust”. Which increases your HP, better than a fairy’s sun needle does. But if combined with sun needle, your HP will sky rocket. So how can you have 3 talismans at once? Well since Treasure Loop will buff you for 30 minutes with Robust, you can replace it back with Buddha bone. Training your treasure loop so you can upgrade Robust to level 5 will also be useful but you need many energy points so you can go upgrade your Buddha bone again.

The last talisman is useless to the Tanker build, but you may play around with it. The Heart Lotus will give you the skills “Heart Fire” which increases your damage with Buddha and fire, and the super lame “Heart Lotus”, which summons a flower and that slows down enemies around it (which lures them as well) and makes invisible objects visible… (that part I haven’t been able to verify).

>>>breakdown<<<

Important skills to upgrade on shovel: Improve Giant Attack (when you max it out, you don’t need to many stamina and you’ll get more break points).

Skills to upgrade on assistant talisman: All skills in Buddha bone and diamond sutra, Treasure Loop’s Robust spell.

Optional: Shovel’s improve giant halt damage, improve giant burst

Training: Buff with MERCY, and ROBUST. Attack with Giant attack first and get your first break point then stun it with Giant Halt. Continue attacking with Giant attack and if it’s enough, cast Giant Burst. When doing bosses, replace Giant burst with Giant Break if the boss is stun-able. Cast Buddha Shield when HP is getting low. Cast Sacrifice when enemy chases other members (this is tricky because sacrifice can also draw mobs in or if the enemy is too far, you might cast it late).

B. Power Build

>>>weapon of choice<<<

A monk has two talismans to choose from, but if you want full power, you might choose the staff (but I still recommend the shovel, im not a big fan of staff). The staff does melee damage as well but it adds more magic damage, it also has a skill that lowers the enemies defense greatly. Unlike the shovel, which deals Buddha damage (Buddha is actually earth?), the staff deals more of the other elements like fire. They deal more damage of course!

>>>assistant talisman<<<

I you would play safe on a power build, you would still use the talisman “Buddha Bone”. But if you want to go all Power, the talisman “Heart Lotus” can give you an instant boost with Heart fire as it increases damage. The Diamond Sutra is always a must for it is offensive and defensive at the same time.

>>>breakdown<<<

Important skills to upgrade on shovel: Improve Giant Attack Giant Burst (improving it at max, will deal more damage).

Important skills to upgrade on assistant talisman: Heart Lotus’ Heart Fire and Diamond Sutra’s Buddha Quake and Buddha Shield

Optional: Shovel’s Giant break can lessen your enemies Buddha defense, couple it up with Improved Buddha damage and heart fire. If you are into critical damage, you can improve the CS critical and damage.

APPENDIX

>>> Staff vs. Shovel

This area of the guide is highly controversial, as you can see on the replies to this guide, many have different views on the talisman weapons. This is purely my opinion and based on my experience

TANKING - This is quite probably the most controversial answer: my choice is shovel. Yes, the staff has high block but the shovel does stun more than a staff does. Shovel works well specially when bosses try to hit your allies, you can just do a burst attack that transfers it back to you (more times than not). The staff's block is cool and all but surviving is your fairy's job inside dungeons.

GRINDING - I'm not sure at this one so I'll just call it a tie. The shovel kills faster with the right combos but you take hits more and you have to sit down. The staff hits fairly good and you don't have to sit down once in a while because of your blocking ability.

DUELS - Shovel, definitely, and there's only one reason: "stun stun stun".

POWER - Let's call this another tie. Why? Yeah the shovel hits the most damage but it will take some time (and stamina) to even hit that high. The staff hits fairly but it doesn't have burst. When you think about it, the shovel only looks powerful by the damage it does but the staff can outdo it by adding all the damage the staff has done over the course of time the shovel is getting burst points.

PARTY VALUE - Definitely the staff. The skill that lowers defense is a winner, which basically makes the party hit harder on mobs. If you just do grinding, staff is good when your with other players but once in bosses, it will be a different story.
some might react again, heres my reason: if you lower the defense of the enemy, your teammates will hit harder, more times than not, will hit harder than you hit. So the boss will go after them than you.

Tamer Guide

Tamer Guide

Hello all you newbie tamers out there, I will begin editing this post into a semblance of a guide when I get home, and I will start cataloguing pet stats, as well as skills, once I hit level 35. (There's a size limit, will post more later.)

Getting Started

When you first enter talisman online, if you have previous experience with Diablo 2, Guild Wars, or other point and click action RPGs, you can rely heavily on those skills, if not, you may want to heed some of the following advice:

You will notice that there is a numbered skillbar at the bottom of the screen, with actions in it, some of these actions are very common, others you really won't need most of the time.

If you hit the escape key, and go to the tab that says "keys" you can change the key configuration, but this is also useful just to look at, so you see some of the commands that exist in the game, for example: X is the default key to sit down and rest, while Alt+1 is the default key for a tamer to send their pet in to attack.

I also suggest that you check out: http://www.talismanonline.com/basicop.aspx if you have any further questions.

Once you're comfortable with the way your keyboard layout is set up, and have your mouse in a comfortable position for a lot of clicking and navigating, you may want to click the S key, or hunt down the button that opens the skills menu.

I would advise clicking the little arrows next to the skill bar to change the "hotkey page" to 2, 3, or 4, or whatever, and leaving the default page 1 in tact. I do recommend a user put either their most commonly used attack skill in slot number one, or the skill they use to start every fight. For a tamer, it is almost always a good idea to start fights with Heavy Crack, as it reduces defense of your target for a few seconds, which means that if you sent your pet in while casting, your pet deals more damage, and keeps the monster off of you, while you charge up your next attack or two, and those do more damage as well.

Whether you agree with me or not about what skill should be used to open a fight with, you should always change your skill bar to a way that is comfortable for you to play.

An example of a fighting for me goes: [Tab] which targets the nearest enemy so I don't have to hurt my wrist by moving my mouse and clicking the mouse buttons, then I hit [1] which begins to cast heavy crack, then [Alt+1] while heavy crack is firing, then [3] for shadow crack, then I hold down [2] because that lets me continually cast rapid crack in my setup, usually the creature is dead by the second rapid crack, unless I'm hunting things much higher than myself.

You might be asking yourself "I'm a tamer, why can't I tame a pet, where's my taming skill, how do I get a pet?" Relax, by approximately level five, you will be given an item to tame monsters with, and an "Assist Talisman" called a pet bell. This is equivalent to a shield slot item in other games, but in this game, shield and weapon slot items contain your skills.

Before you jump the gun and try to kill monsters to get all the way to level five, let me advise you about one of the main features in this game: Quests.

Questing

Questing is one of the most advantageous things to do, there are item, monetary, and energy rewards, we'll cover energy soon, but for now let's cover the quest journal shall we?

The quest journal can be brought up with the [T] key, unless you changed it while browsing key configuration earlier. There are some words "currently suitable quests" they don't appear to be a tab, but they are, click on the words "currently suitable quests" and it will populate the right side of your quest journal with any quests you can do at your level, and a name, followed by a /location of the individual (/location is a command in games to figure out the X and Y coordinates of a point in a plane, which leads to the best 2d positioning system to date, X, Y, and Z coordinates together will allow for full 3d game programming, but few games take very much/any advantage of the Z axis.) Don't worry, you don't have to learn algebra to find your quest giver, just click on the underlined name, and your map screen will pop up. A star will be placed at the location of the quest giver. You can do this up to twice, before the map will start replacing stars with new names that you click on.

After accepting quests, often if you're having trouble finding out where to go for a quest, if you look in your quest journal default [T] and click on the quest name there will be detailed information in the right hand side of the journal, and you should be able to click on a monster's name, to have a star appear on the map that points out a general area that those monsters can be found at in the world. HOWEVER! anything marked scenario, and some quests that the developers forgot to mark as scenario, require you to delve into an instanced cave dungeon, and slaughter a boss, or a large number of monsters in that cave, these generally require groups.

When I get back on vacation, I will devote some time to covering quests which unlock other quests, as well as their rewards.

Taming

So you've gotten your pet bell assist talisman, and tamed a little parrot, but suddenly the parrot disappeared when you received your quest reward? Have no fear, you can now tame any animal your level or lower, as long as you don't already have a pet, and as long as you don't die while attempting to tame.

I didn't bother taming a pet till I got to the horses in sand village, and boy are they great for the level you can get them at!

In the future, I will do my best to get: pet level information, experience required for pets to level, stats of individual pets, so far I know that Horses and Tigers have the same basic stats when tamed, and are melee fighters, (very good tanks) Venom spitting snakes, mosquitoes, and ghosts generally don't make as good of tanks, but increase your damage output, in case you often find yourself grouping with monks, or other tamers who have tigers and horses. Note, I haven't tried the bunny rabbit, the wolf, the macaque, the tree demon, etcetera etcetera, I will have concrete data later. Pet Usage

I will detail ways in which pets can tank, deal damage, or just look cool.

In the low levels, once you are able to cast Wild Pet on your pet, you can have it aggro and tank anything for you, so long as your pet has good health, and you remember to heal it. This even works on multiple mobs at one time. If you are profficient at targeting(This game's targeting system really needs some work done on it, but the [Tab] Functionality works fine for what it says it does) you can hit [Tab] [Alt+1] Wait for your pet to swing at that monster once or twice(it has to actually hit and deal damage) then click on another monster, and hit [Alt+1], and so on and so forth, in this manner, when there are bosses with guards, you can have your pet tank all of the guards, or even the boss and the guards, so that any fairy in your party, or yourself, whomever is healing your pet, will not have to take damage, or be interrupted by guards attacking them. If any monks read this guide: The pet tanks more often than you until you get the Buddha Bone, this is the way it is supposed to be, monsters can't believe that a lowly pet is so ferociously attacking them, so their main instinct is to attack that creature first. However, a monk wielding a scary ritualistic buff is another matter entirely(even if it is called "Mercy").

Skills
For the Tamer, the skills available on the web page: http://www.talismanonline.com/talisskill.aspx are summed up nicely enough
I'll show you the skills I use.

Heavy Crack
perfuse mana on the arrows, crack down target's armor, cause x points damage, with extra x points target defense decrease, lasting 10 seconds
Rapid Crack
attack target with arrows, cause target x points damage

Shadow Crack
attack target with shadow arrow, cause x points damage, also decrease target attack x points

Heal Pet
curing pet with nature's power, pet recover x health points
Revive Pet
revive pet and recover it's health points x
Wild Pet Very important skill, "enemy value" is the same as aggro points in other games.
increaae pet's enemy value x points
Poison of Weakness For Boss killing when your pet has to be the tank.
daub poison on weapons, 20% rate to decrease target attack x points, lasting 10 seconds, could be successfully used for 30 times
Poison of Attack For normal hunting, it increases your dps by 20% of the value X where X is the value of damage that the buff adds, for 10 seconds at a time. Not a large number, at most this is increasing your DPS by 1-2, but it's still something.
daub poison on weapons, 20% rate to increase damage x points, lasting 10 seconds, could be successfully used for 30 times
Stone Skin
increase pet's physical defense x points, lasting 30 minutes
Brutal Fight
increase pet's physical attack x points, lasting 30 minutes

You may be saying "Wait, I don't see those skills, where do I get them?" or "You can't use poison, pet heal, and stone skin all at the same time, wtf?" Relax, as you level up, you'll get more talismans, and even though you can only have two equipment talismans at the same time, the idea is to wear the one with the better skills/skills you'll probably cast more often, or more useful bonus. I personally wear my nature tablet and pet bell, and just use my Jade Vessel when I want to put poison on, like once every 30 minutes.

Additional Taming Tips
If you're stuck on the quest, and don't understand how to tame, here are some useful tips: You can only tame animals, the taming process after targeting and right clicking/using the pet capture bell(A reusable item you get during the level five quest with the parrot) requires ~5 seconds, depending on how many times you get hit and interrupted. A good thing to do is to drag the pet capture bell into an open slot on your skill hotkey bar, on the first page, with other skills that you only use once in a while. Otherwise you can activate the bell from your inventory by right clicking on it, the same as every other usable item. Remember, most(all?) Guards for bosses, all bosses, most(all?) elite mobs, anything in a scenario, and various human creatures are untamable.

Also of note: If you have died recently, and you can't summon your pet, your pet may have died, this requires that you revive your pet with the Pet Bell skill: "Revive Pet". The opposite is also true, if you have died, your pet isn't necessarily dead, so if you don't see your pet, and can't tame another, click the little skill button just above your hotkey bar that says "summon pet" or go to a warehouse, and put your pet into it, then take him or her back out.

If you're trying to tame a pet, and think you don't have one, but nothing is working for you, you may simply have a dead pet, or you may have forgotten to use the summon pet skill.

Energy
Ah yes, Energy, after killing a creature, you'll get experience(which goes towards leveling up) and energy(and hopefully some copper too, since spending energy costs money.) To spend energy, you'll have to use that button "enhance talisman" found on your default skill page that I told you not to replace. You have to unequip your weapon talisman, or assist talisman, and then place it into the enhancement window. Click start, and you will begin spending energy, after which point, you will eventually level up your talisman (unless you run out of energy, or money, or your talisman is the same level as you already.) Levelling up a talisman has the following benefits: Increasing "hit" increasing Damage(Weapon talisman only) increasing skill damage/heal amounts, and often increasing the mana cost of skills. Also, it can unlock new skills that are currently grayed out for that Talisman(Weapons only)

Eventually when I'm high enough posting status(My maximum post is only 10000 characters long allowed right now), I'll combine this all into one post, with an index, as it is somewhat ridiculous to try to read through replies to a guide to find the rest of the guide.

Also with your permission I will include your Crossbow information, and inherence's information, with credit to you, rather than writing up basically a copy of that.

Wizard Guide

Wizard Guide

I - Introduction

Wizards are the nukes of Talisman Online. They dish out heavy magical spells, killing enemies from afar with their great range. They are extremely good damage dealers, and great to have in teams or scenarios, as they will greatly increase the party's killing speed. Blah blah blah, I won't bore you with all these. You should know what makes a Wizard by now. If you don't, then I'll briefly say. It's the wickedly high damage they do.

Update (22 April 2008):
The latest patch buffed the Wizard's base HP by quite a bit, so you shouldn't be dieing as much as you did (if you have been) in the past. The previous patch buffed the Wizard's damage by 8%, quite a hefty percentage to say the least.

II - Assistant Talismans

Ice Shield
I cannot emphasize enough how useful and necessary this talisman is. It gives you a defence boost, which can be used (cannot be used with Tao Power from Tao Symbol though), and also a speed decrease status effect skill. Extremely crucial, as this will prevent mobs from reaching you and dealing damage (wizards aren't good tankers, period). Available at Level 5.

Longbrow Needle
This talisman gives you the ability to buff your intelligence, as well as other players, increasing your base MP as well as increasing your base damage (shown on "Attribute" screen). Also, this talisman gives you a faint skill, which can last for 35 seconds when maxed (handy for scenarios and such). Received through a quest at Level 10.

Warm Jade
This assistant talisman has hardly been used, and its skills are not useful at the moment in the game, so I will not touch on it. Available at Level 20.

Tao Symbol
This talisman should replace Longbrow Needle as your next assistant talisman after Ice Shield. You get to debuff people (might sound silly but is useful during PvP or BPW). Add on to that, an AoE stun! What more could you ask for? Great for PvP, PK, Guild Wars, so on and so forth. Available at Level 30.

III - Skills

Ice Shield

Ice Curse
This spell allows you to "curse" the enemy, causing it to move at a reduction of 80% of its normal speed. Very very useful in grinding, since you do not want the enemy to have a chance to reach you before you finish it off.

Ice Shield
Increases your defence. The higher level the talisman, the more defence it adds. Great when that extra bit of defence is needed, for example, in PvP.

Longbrow Needle

Inspiring Art
This buff increases your base intelligence. For a wizard, 1 Intelligence = 0.2 damage. It adds MP too, at 5 points per point of Intelligence. This talisman will be replaced by Tao Symbol as the main assistant talisman after Ice Shield, but remember to recast this skill on yourself or party members when the buff runs out.

Pointing Faint
By using this skill, the target is "faint" for so and so seconds. Useful in the Happiness Hall scenario, since the mobs run off at low HP to call in for extra reinforcements from nearby enemies. Has a 5 second casting time though, thus making it impractical for PvP or PK, for that matter.

Tao Symbol

Tao Power
Debuffs are especially useful during PvP, or in BPW when you're against monks, one click of a button and their Robust Spell goes down the drain (% of course).

Earth Faint
Ahhh, the AoE stun. For players that do not know what AoE means, it stands for Area of Effect. It affects mobs around your character, causing damage and stunning them at the same time. Very useful in certain instances, like Tide Cave and Green Scarp (Fire Burst/Tide Spout + Earth Faint).

IV – Inherence Points Allocation

Ice Shield

Improve Ice Curse first, and at maxed, the cooldown of the skill will drop from 20 seconds to 15 seconds.

After finishing Improve Ice Curse, the next skill is Improve Ice Shield. When maxed, should an enemy attack you physically, there is a 50% chance that it is slowed down by 50%. Not very great, but that’s all you have to add.

Longbrow Needle

Improve Inspiring Art, this will increase the effect of the skill by 25%. More Intelligence, more MP, more damage!

Improve Pointing Faint next (nothing else to improve, since there are only two skills), increases the faint time by 15 seconds at maxed, bringing it to a total of 35 seconds (more than enough to kill off other mobs).

Tao Symbol

Improve Earth Faint next, thus increasing the possibility of landing a critical hit by 50%.

Improve Tao Power next, reducing cooldown to 15 seconds.

V – Weapon Talismans

Use of Swords

Why go for Swords? I’m sure many of you have this on your mind. Well, the Sword is an outright damage dealer, dealing extreme damage. It out damages Blades, and thus, consumes more MP compared to the Blades.

Skills

Fire Strike
Absorb the fire element between the sky and the ground, agglomerate on the sword and thus cause target x points damage.

Fire Barb
Sword comes out from the ground, pierce the target’s body, cause target x points damage.

Fire Spiral
Sword shoots at the target with fire, cause target x points damage, target is unable to use long distance attack for 3 seconds.

Fire Dragon
Summons a fire dragon down from the sky, cause target x points damage, and with extra burning effect, cause target x points damage in 15 seconds.

Fire Burst
Inspired from the anger, burning the monster(s) around, cause target x points damage.

Tactics

For Level 30 and below (those that do not have Tao Symbol assistant talisman).

1. Fire Barb > Ice Curse > Fire Barb > Fire Strike or Fire Spiral or Normal Attack
2. Fire Barb > Fire Dragon > Fire Barb > Fire Strike or Fire Spiral or Normal Attack

For Level 30 and above (those with Tao Symbol assistant talisman).

1. Fire Barb > Ice Curse > Fire Barb > Fire Strike or Fire Spiral or Normal Attack
2. Fire Barb > Fire Dragon > Fire Barb > Fire Strike or Fire Spiral or Normal Attack
3. Fire Barb > Earth Faint > Fire Barb > Fire Strike or Fire Spiral or Normal Attack

Note: These two tips apply for Blade users as well.

Always remember to get the maximum distance away from your target, because doing so, your target has a lower chance of reaching you and dealing damage on you. Try to avoid going near spots where monsters spawn (especially at higher levels), since most mobs are aggressive at higher levels (with exceptions), they attack when you walk near them.

Do not kill monsters that are more than three levels above you, or mobs that are two levels lower than you, as this will drastically decrease your EXP gain (due to the fact that you will miss the higher level mobs, and the lower ones will give lesser and lesser EXP as the level range increases).
Also, always use your strongest spell for the first hit. This is because you are at maximum range, the mob will not agro you, so make use of this advantage, and do the most damage in the first hit, because onwards, the monster will be aware that you are attacking it, and will come after you. Common sense really.

Inherence Point Allocation

Improve Fire Strike
Improves damage of skill by 30% at Level 5.

Improve Fire Barb
Increases the casting time by 5 seconds, increasing damage by 25%, at Level 5.

Improve Fire Dragon
Improves the burning effect by 40%, at Level 5.

Improve Fire Spiral
Lengthens the effect of the skill by 2.5 seconds, when maxed.

Improve Fire Burst
Improve critical strike rate of the skill by 25%, at Level 5.

First Build
1. Improve Fire Barb
2. Improve Fire Damage
3. Improve Critical Rate
4. Improve Critical Damage
5. Improve Fire Dragon

--This build is great for dealing high damage at lower levels.

Second Build
1. Improve Fire Barb
2. Improve Fire Dragon
3. Improve Critical Rate
4. Improve Fire Strike
5. Improve Fire Damage

--This build will highly optimize your bossing speed. Improve Fire Dragon increases the burning effect, thus causing you to be able to do more damage over time. This will lead to killing bosses faster, however, you will only be able to do so in scenarios, or with groups. You are unable to solo bosses your level, as for the rest of your Wizard life. This build is only great for bossing though, does not work as well on grinding/training, as it burns MP way fast. Also, the burning effect is not able to dish out its full damage, as it only deals damage every 3 seconds for a total of 15 seconds.

GA PvE Guide

**GA TEAM, GA TEAM!!**

Group Arena, or GA, is an instanced activity that allows you to earn experience, energy, and soul experience. If you are a member of a high ranking team, you may also receive Energy Stones as system rewards.

To participate in GA, you will need to create or join an existing Competition Group.

You may attend GA 3 times per day.

**HOW TO CREATE A COMPETITION GROUP**

Step 1: Around your mini map is a small red circle with overlapping swords which reads "Group Arena", use your mouse to click on it.

Step 2: Choose "Set Up Group"

Step 3: Type desired group name in the pop-up window

Step 4: Invite a friend you trust and make him/her Vice-Captain by selecting his/her name on the list and choosing “Vice Captain”

**INVITING MEMBERS TO YOUR COMPETITION GROUP**

Step 1: Open “Group Arena” window

Step 2: Choose “Invite”

Step 3: Type name of desired player into the pop-up window

It is best to choose team members within a five level range- 20-25 for example. The level of the mobs will be based on an average of the members in the team. You don't want to end up with mobs too high level for many of your team members to be able to hit.

**HOW TO TAKE YOUR TEAM TO GA**

Step 1: Make a team with 5 members or less from members of your Competition Group

Step 2: Open the “Group Arena” window

Step 3: Select each team member you are taking individually, and choose “Attend Set” for each one

Step 4: Choose “Competition”

Step 5: Choose “Protect Master Ku PvE 1-5” and click “OK”

**INSIDE THE GROUP ARENA PVE**

Inside of the Group Arena you will find yourself placed in front of a large NPC, whom it is your duty to protect.

A small box on the right side of your screen will indicate which round you are on, and how many seconds before the next round begins once completing the current round.

The difficulty increases the higher the round.

Rounds with a 3 (13,23,33) or 8 (18,28,38) in them will have multiple mobs entering from the front and sides, apes on 3 and monks on 8.

Rounds with a 4 or 9 in them will have a Boss:
04- Red Snake Captain General
09- Tiger King
14- Gunwitch Leader
19- Buddhist Monk Purple Moon
24- WoodsEye Beast
29- Virulent Spider
34- Fire Boar

Someone who knows the rest, please feel free to let me know.

**STRATEGY**

Your mission is to keep Master Ku alive, and therefore it is optimal that he does not get hit at all if possible.

Distraction of the mobs away from the Ascetic is key to success, and you are given some very nice tools to do so as drops.

Nearly all characters have one or more skill that greatly aids in a Group Arena's success, and in my experience as a fairy with many different types of classes and players; there hasn't been a perfect formula. Of course, you almost always need a fairy in a party to do anything unless you are high level or over-powered.

CLASS:

Monk-
Shovel’s AoE stun is very handy for multi mob rounds.
Staff’s hate assisting skill is very handy for bosses and keeping mobs off of higher damage dealers.
Monk = less mana usage for fairy.

Tamer-
Traps, traps, and more traps. Pet also is handy during multiple mob rounds for catching and tanking late coming extras.

Assassin-
AoE is handy for multi mob rounds.
Dragon Rock stuns also very handy for multi mob rounds.
High damage in general, and can substitute for tank.

Wizard-
Stuns and AoE extremely handy for multi mob rounds. Since it’s so effective at getting all mobs on them, this makes it easy for them to run with all the monsters as far as possible, providing the fairy time to heal up the other members.

Fairy-
Heals and Cures, maintain buffs, purple shield on tank for boss mobs, and on the person who takes most damage on multi-mob rounds.
With good equips, can use leech to tank.
Stuns on extra mobs the group might not be able to handle.

ITEMS:

Items that drop in GA can only be used in GA, and will disappear when you leave the arena. Use them wisely.

Healing Potion: Heals 2000 HP
Wind Pill: Increases movement speed temporarily
Dizzy Hooch: will temporarily stun enemies, stops working when enemies are hit
Refresh Pill: Negates stun (use for tiger)
Mushroom: Attacks enemies, and lasts until it runs out of hit points
Buddha Lotus: Slows and distracts enemies, and lasts until it runs out of hit points
Fire Bomb: high damage splash attack
Antidote: cures group ailments
Fire Resist Potion: Increases fire defense

If anyone knows more, please feel free to let me know.

**PVE POINTS AND RANK**

PvE points are earned by making it past a certain number of rounds. I am not 100% certain but it appears that 1 point is awarded after making it past either rounds 3,13,23... or 4, 14, 24... etc.

Points accrue during the week, and directly contribute to your placement on the ranking list. You can see your team’s rank by opening the “Group Arena” window, choosing “Rank”, and selecting the “PvE” tab.

Ranks 1 to 3 by the end of the week will receive two Level 50 Energy Stones (100k energy).
Ranks 4-10 receive two Level 40 Energy Stones (50k energy).

I’m unsure if ranks below this receive any prize.

**SOUL EXPERIENCE**

Soul experience can be viewed by hitting C on your keyboard, and clicking on the Soul tab.

A character starts gaining soul exp after successfully completing round 10 of GA. The further you get in GA, the more soul experience gained.

Increasing the level of your soul allows you to access new skills called soul skills. At this time there is only one called “Base”- a passive increase to HP upper limit, which increases with the level of your soul (my soul is level 29 and I have an increase of 540 to my HP upper limit).

Inclusion (mature) is currently the highest level of soul obtainable.

There is a Soul Ranking list. I am uncertain as to whether there is a reward for being highly ranked.

Soul experience also allows you to earn regular experience and energy while you are logged off. In order to use this, you will have to open the C window again. In the C window there is a button called “Secret Exp”. Click on this, and turn it on.

For each hour you are logged out it will expend 20 points of soul power, and give you regular exp and energy in return. When you log back in, open the Soul window and click obtain. These can be obtained at any time.

The Occult Berry will increase the amount of Exp earned while you are offline.

The Pith of Energy stone will increase the amount of Energy earned while you are offline.

This guide will be modified as necessary.

25 lvl's in 2 Days!

Let’s start with an analogy. Say you start a new account, guess what you are level 1 (OH JOY).

Now for the first day you make it to 18. Then the second day you can indefinitely make it to level 27 if you play with the same enthusiasm you had the first day.

Now the analogy behind this is simple you max out your first day, and the second day you half what you did the first day (Ex. 18 level’s first day, 9 levels the second day.) Now if you continue on this path then the third day you should be able to level 3 ½ levels.

This is a different story as I am only referring to 25 levels in 2 days. During these two days you should fill your quests up instead of doing just 1 or 2 quests at a time do somewhere around 8 or 9. Don’t turn them in simply wait finish them all and then turn them in. This will make leveling a little easier with another analogy. This one is based on what I like to call the grinding factor.

When you grind you gain little xp and this is frustrating with higher levels. While you are doing all of your quests if you have 8 or 9 of them then during this process you may get the other quest which you may not have had to begin with. That is also why you should get as many quests as possible. (Ex. Quest 1 Mountain Wild Wolf 0/15, and Quest 2 Mountain Wild Wolf 0/30. If you had not gotten Quest 2 then you would have to go back and get an extra 15 of them) Understand? Got it good. Simple enough eh. That is the simple way to complete more quests faster and more efficiently.

Now where does the grinding come in? Though grinding is boring and time consuming it is actually a pretty good idea. The best thing to do while grinding is to get mobs (Monsters) that are your level. If they are higher then you don’t get as much xp if they are lower than guess what you don’t get as much xp so what you need to do is find some mobs that are your level.

This is my first article and I hope it helped

Dodge , C.S , Dual ? Wich ?!

Right , i guess most of players make this question of wich set they should use , dodge cs or dual , look in mine experience of 2 years or more playing this game , i tested all sets and both are good , each have a diferent benefit than other...see the benefits below:

Dodge : They are good for both class , especialy for monk on tanking and faming too , dodge are good in absorb damage , as the name set say "dodge" and additional a large amount of hp , this reduct crits? yeah reduct but the damage its almost the same of a CS Set.

C.S : They are good for both clas , especialy for sins , they have 50% more damage on a especif skill , and C.S rate for sins help alot on damage ... but this reduct hp? yes , reduct hp alot , defense is the same , but the hp is reducted 40% or more than a dodge set.

Dual : They are good for both class , especialy for all class , they give´s hp , same defense , and a good damage , my personal opnion is that dual set are in the midle of dodge and C.S , if you are confused and dont know wich set use , mine advice is , MIX Dual with C.s / Dodge ...or a full Dual.

Thanks all who read it , i hope you like.

there are 2 type of weapon for each class. for tamer thats is bow and crossbow. which one is the best? well, i dont know. You make one. Bow are good on damaging and have skill reduce Defense and Attack of the mob. so its probably good for you against boss battle and for your pet. also bow have aoe that can damage 3 mob/monster at once. For crossbow, it have stun and poison buff attack, so its good for duel and war. so? what do you think the best? if you are a good and pro tamer player, i recomend use both of them ^^

Pet part;

as tamer, u gain advantage than the other class which is you can tame a monster. Many player though just tame the monster and thats its. well, if you think like that without knowing important part or you just tame the monster because its look cool. well many people did that and i also do that before hehe. anyway thats so wrong wrong wrong. why? actually there are 4 kind of monster that you have to know and this will afect you as you play. there are Attacker type, defender type, lure type and normal type.

Attacker type;
If you like ur pet to be strong on attacking and kill mob faster than attacker is your best choice. how to know its attacker type? well that simple, as you tame a monster to make it your pet, you will realize that the [et have speacial skill. if its increase damage than its attacker type. But i warn you, attacker type are only for mob attacker but not boss, you will have a hard time killing a boss as attacker type have low hp and def. ^^

Defender type;
well, this is the best type of pet that all tamer should have. with this type of pet, you can solo boss. well, as im a tamer, i solo boss level 57 while im level 55. isnt that cool? anyway, pet defender type have high hp and defense which really2 help you to solo boss as you can heal. its also can tank a cave scenario on certain level. i heard tamer can solo rc level 28 and yes, they really can.when im new and i use sin, i ask duel the tamer level 29 and im level 29 as well and i win. then i say "how can you solo RC if you cant even beat me". then that tamer say " its not me who tank the boss, its my pet". then we go inside rc only both of us and yes. he solo the last boss which make me jealous. So, all tamer try to us defender type. how to know if it defender type? same like i told you before look at the pet skill. if it a force skill that make mob to attack the pet, than thats it. thats defender type. take a note, this kind of pet have low attack.

Lure Type;
This one have high hp and def than attacker type but not as high as defender type and weak attack. for this type of pet, it have skill which increase speed. eh speed? why would pet have speed skill? my friend told me that this kind of [et is useless. but listen this, its really usefull. and its for bow user. well, even if you a bow user its useless if you dont have skill aoe and your not pro on using tamer. this lure type is use for fast leveling. as its a speed, use it to lure as many mob u can hold than use trap and aoe to kill a mob that you lure. as i say, its not easy and its for elite and pro tamer user. but take a note, its not good for tanking which mean not good to solo boss.

Normal type;
normal type dont have anything speacial. no skill. i mean its have a normal hp, def and attack. but atleast you can use this as a second pet tanket ^^

Advantage on duel and war for tamer;

On duel and war, tamer with crossbow are crazy. why? if you a tamer try to duel someone. before duel start.. like 3 second before duel start, your trap and pet can already attack!!!!!!!!! which already reduce your enemy and the one you duel hp before the duel even start. If your a pro, well, your gona become one of the craziest damager. your trap and the way you play gona make thing turn worst for your opponent. example, you put your trap on the area where your opponent will pas on it. with freeze trap you can freeze and stop the enemy movement and than with fire trap it will burn the enemy. if you use bow, than use aoe if it more than one enemy. but if you use crossbow, say goodbye to your enemy hahaha. why? you can make stun to your enemy and with poison buff, its gona be super damage to your opponent. but if your opponent are a crazy player, ateast you do some damage to them and never ever understimate your opponent.

Advantage for tamer;
1/ Its your pet that take damage so you dont really need to buy blue armor until you level 40 or 50. follow the time you want to use it.

2/ As a tamer, focus on int and c.strike. you dont need dodge and vitality. unless if you have other purpose or reason for it and if you use full purple set of loos, that much better hehehe.

3/ You need to focus on your weapon only for fast kill as you.

4/ You can escape from monster if you on danger. its simple sent your pet to attack the mob and jeng jeng run away.

5/ If your lagg, dont worry. Your pet will defense you from death. like when you are attack by a mob, and you lagg, your pet will be a hero.

6/ Your pet can help your team mate if they are in danger. such as your pet attack the mob that attack your friend, the mob will attack your pet. and ofcos u have to use hate increase skill to your pet.

7/ your pet intimity also will affect. 1 intimity take 1 hour. 3 intimity increase 1 damage abosrb to your pet and every 4 intimity increase pet damage.

Disadvantage;

1/ tamer have weak defense. so avoiding from damage are best thing you have to do.

2/ If your pet die, they will lose 1 intimity.

3/ the most worst thing about tamer is its only have a woman character hahahaha. xD

Never do This !

This is an article about that you should never do !

1. The most important thing: never, but never give you account and password to another player !

2. Never try to trade your account or sell it because the scammers have programs for false gold.

3. Never go in a hard cave without fairy or tank. The fairy is very important because she heal and you can`t die. The tank is also very important because if you don`t have tank the mobs or boss will kill all your teammates. Don`t try to lure if you don`t have many hp and def.

3. Never pay golds to go in caves if you have guild. Search for help in guild.

4. Never buy items before you look in auctioner. There items are cheapest. You can buy items cheap and resell them. This is a good way to make gold.

5. Never + rank your items from low lvl. My suggestion is:

lvl 10 weapon +1
lvl 20 ewapon +1
lvl 30 weapon +3
lvl 40 weapon +4 - +6
lvl 40-50 items +3 - armor +4
lvl 50 weapon +6
lvl 50-60 items +6 - +7
lvl 60 weapon +7 - +10
lvl 60-70 items +10
lvl 70 weapon +10

6. Never break guild rules. The guild is very important in game. The guild members help you. The GQ give you many experience. So try to respect the guld and help if you are high lvl.

7. Never borrow someone with gold. Only if he/she if a good friend and if you know him very good. But never borrow much gold. you will never got it back.

8. Never pk someone if you have gold at you. You can put the gold in werehouse. Also, never pk someone with strong guild and without reason. You will pay after...

9. Never buy a weapon blue if is very expensive. You can make reputation. Will be very good. You will make lvl faster and you will drop good.

10. Never pay many golds for mount at low lvl. At lvl 20-40 you need a tiger +0 - +3. You must buy a +7 mount from lvl 60+ to lure in caves and make them faster.

11. If you are fairy, never heal a player who make lure. All the mobs will attack you and you will die.

12. If you are wizzard and have low lvl in cave, never use aoe if you don`t have a fairy. You will die easy.

13. When you buy many Pet Food from a stall, be farefull because some players put the Pet food very chap in silvers, and some pet foods are in gold.

Leveling An app in 1.5 days ( lvl 30 ) Other Cool Tips Too !

I am going to help everyone level there apps with 1.5 days. Now the first thing you want to do is pick a character and the best to pick would be something that levels fast and i have chosen Wizard or Assassin.

The best way to not worrying about time length is to have a lvl 20 either HP for you Assassin or Mana for your Wizard either way you must have auto pick up so you don't have to worry about picking up rewards from kills etc..

So the first thing you do is do the first quest which is kill one small boar ( level 1 ) and when you complete that stay there and grind until level 10. Now when you reach level 5 make sure you get your higher level account to make your app an apprentice so that at the same time you are leveling you are receiving master points so that you can use to increase your rep on Loo's gear.

Once you hit level 10 on your app character you start to complete every quest in Green Scrap. Then you move onto Sky village, once you do that and keep in mind if you are an apprentice you can receive blue swords from your master after you reach level 10 , 20 but once you complete everything in Sky Village you should move onto Sand Village and complete all the quests in Sand village. Once you Hit level 20 move to Wounded Panda Camp and do the quest around there which then it comes to a point were you must do caves and bosses etc..

This is were you bring your stronger character to help you app. REMEMBER ! DO NOT ! help the app with anything else but strong bosses or caves otherwise let you apps do every single quest. But remember you might wanna to go to Tiger mountain first before you go to Snake Cave, Complete all the quests near Ratten Cave and get help from your stronger character etc..

Within time you should of completed those quests you move on to stone city , but only do the minor quests there and move onto West Village which is home to Happiness Hall, before you do anything else you must make sure to complete all your quest from the areas before so in order... Grinding to lvl 10 .. Completing quests in Green Scrap , Sky Village , Sand Village , Wounded Panda Camp , Tiger Mountain and the place near Mushroom Village, then Stone City and West Village ( West subburb of stone ) home of Happiness Hall. That is the order you go in to reach level 30 in 1.5 days.

You need to be at least level 27 or 28 before you do HH so that you can collect all the quests for Mercy Temple and Happiness Hall , but you may complete Mercy Temple at level 25 or 26 but make sure you have a good team or character to do the cave for you :) once you do HH you will be very close to level 29 and will need to move on to Beauty Village or what you could do is join an existing Guild and do Mercy Temple quest and Happiness Hall quest as Guild Quest to level yourself to level 29. From there you just complete as many quest you can in Beauty Village until your level 30 !!! :D
within the process of growing levels you can do daily things like Elite Zhou or rep quests, but might just wanna stick with Elite Zhou and just continuing following the guide.

Now talking about equipment swords / chains in general weapons.. once you complete your first app character you must keep its equipment which saves you using your energy and this means you save gold too. you may +3 since the lucky TO egg you receive at the start can give you free bound items which you may use since its completely useless as you can't sell it. Making sure you have un-bound weapons make sure to +3 them blue is better but green doesn't hurt much since your still low level. At this stage you move on to making things easier for you when you do your second app as you hit stronger than before etc...

Now simple things like knowing how to report to master is easy all you do is press 'K' on your keyboard and go to Master which is the Tab above. Next all you do is press the Report button near the right hand side of your screen and that is as simple as that (: A click of a button.

Another Good thing is for your apps exp is taking them for a run in GA or PVE gives extra exp if you would like to call it Round 11 is good enough to give them some extra exp, but no need to worry to much about it since your app will only take 1.5 days there won't be much to worry about soul exp.

So there you have a simple way to level you app from level 1 - 30 in 1.5 days and also an easier way to gain your Loo's gear.. rather than going for an ssc run all the time which takes like 2 hours sometimes depending on your team.

Well Hope You Guys Enjoyed My Guide On Leveling :)

Ultimate Wizard App Guide.

Table on contents.

1.Geting started
2.Leveling
3.Gear
4.Energy
5.Maxed
6.Ending up

1-Geting started

I recommend doing apps if you have game experience on wizard at least up to 30+ levels.

There are 2 sides to making APPS.

a) for yourself

b) for other players for money.

Make APP at level 5.

2-Leveling

We will be leveling from 5-30 in 1 day or 12 hours.

Monsters wat we kill :

1-5 = Wild boar,Ape in Green Scarp - Pet Food sometimes Small gems drop here.

5-10 = Adult wolfs in Sky Village - Small gems start to drop here and more Pet Food.

10-15 = Do all Wounded Panda quests + Bamboo Valley quests gets you level 13 fast then procceed killing Guard of snake King or Centipedes on Cloud mountain - Small gems drop more frequently now also Alot more Pet Food also Bills appear more frequently now sometimes Medium drops at these levels.

15-20 = Start doing Doctor of the camp quests and kill as much Snake Heads,Vampire Ghosts good source for Medium Loots - I Advise grinding here takes some more time , but you end up with 1-4 Mediums alot of Small Gems, 30 + Pet Food also 10x bills or more.

20-25 = Do now Both RC and SC(for 2x blue ID) find High level to solo these for you even better if you have +7 mount also get Repu quest for SC and GQ if you have guild. If these done do all(high value quests 3k+ exp in Mushroom Village you end up 23 or 24 level now and just Grind to 25 By killing Poison Mushrooms - 2x Blue ID from RC,SC 1-4 Mediums, Alot of smalls, Alot of Pet Food and Bills sometimes blue items : Cuff for any class , also you can get sometimes cryptic box now I average 1-3 Boxes per APP.

25-30 = Do all West Suburb of stone city Quests will be good if you have higher level supporting you there to kill Bosses and also HH GQ If you done doing Boss and normal quests there proceed going to HH do Jail quest also get HH repu there. If you have +7 mount and high level player supporting you I advise do 3x Repu and both GQ 3x, If you end up 28 or 29 level now there is 2 things wat you can do now:

a) Go kill Guard of weis village = for blue ID's 1-2 and 1-4 Mediums also for me I have got Larges there before very rare though 1 out of 12 Apps get

b) Or go to Beauty Village and do these High Exp reward quests you kill some mobs there during doing quests so sometimes you get BLUE ID and Mediums but you get faster to level 30 there.

3-Gear

For Defense gear : INT,VIT,CS 12-18 +3 gear.

Weapons : 10-20 Swords +6 and 20-30 Swords +6 if you cant get +6 then +4 and +5 is great help to also having 1-10 swords +3 helps allot to.

Talismans : I suggest using Blue Ice shield(Dual) high level and high level Blue Longbrow needle(Dual) make sure they are maxed on INT since there are 2 versions of Dual stat.

Pets : Any pet with MP recovery works(Gano if you cant buy husky or 9 tail or MR) also DEF,HP and Auto Pick is great help to but full skilled MP pet would be awesome :)

Mounts : I suggest geting +7 1s mount but +3 or +4 Tiger is very good aswell since thanks to mount you level 2x faster.

For Jewelery I advise using : Ring of Love also if you have the money then Dual Meteor amulet wont hurt.

4-Energy

If you have maxed Energy for all Talismans , then this can earn you 15-30+ Gold :

Upgrade 10-20 white or green Swords to maxed and sell on Auction for 5-10 gold ea ,you can make 4 or more during the time 1-30 all the time make sure your not full Energy when you finish quests otherwise you lose it.

5-Maxed

Maxed app is app with the best gear so i will run some numbers for you.

20 3 skill pet (nine tails or Moon Rabbit)= 2k G averagely between the servers.

12-18 and 22-28 DEF gear+3 = 40-60 G can be even 12g if you get lucky trade.

10-20 and 20-30 +6 wep = 100-200 g between the servers

1-10 Weapon +3 = 5g

Assists Blue Shield and Needle = both buys for 40-80 Gold "depending on level" maxed goes for 80-120g .

Dual Meteor Amulet = 900g-1200g depending on server might be less might be more.

Dual Ring of Life = 10-16g is very nice but you can get for cheaper if you spend sometime on world chat.

Also don't buy Pet Food on APPs since you get a hell of a lot during the time from 1-30 and you can sell like 85 % of it.

6-Ending up

If your having best case scenario 2 out of 10 apps

Then the drops follow:

Mediums : 7-10 Mediums if you followed my Guide

Larges : 0.3 might appear on second best case scenario

Smalls : 20+ smalls

Bills and Jackstraws : 15+

Blue drops : 3 or more sometimes you get Blue while doing HH , ive got plenty so far.

Blue Id's 3-5 from drops.

Cryptic Boxes : 2 atleast if not 3

Pet Food : 60-100 for sure I have got Full Inv with one trip many times.

Also for me i don't know if for you , but all my apps wat have got Larges started with an letter A or B and i have noticed other players aswell many times who got larges names started with A or B.

Worst case scenario is where you don't get No Mediums at all

and Few Smalls like everything few , happened to me many times , but i've managed to get best case scenarios many times and something between most of the time.

My personal Gold record gained from one APP is 1kg+ 1-30 in 1+ days fully grinded,no exp quest only killed mobs who gave less exp.

But if you do as my guide follows you probly can get 100-300 Gold per day and if lucky and 1x large then 400-600 g.
